ANALISIS KELAYAKAN FINANSIAL DIVERSIFIKASI USAHATANI KELAPA SAWIT DAN AREN (Studi Kasus Desa Kiyap Jaya Kecamatan Bandar Sei Kijang Kabupaten Pelalawan)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan sensitivitas terhadap perubahan tingkat produksi, harga input output suatu usaha diversifikasi kelapa sawit aren di Desa Kiyap Jaya Kecamatan Bandar Sei Kijang Kabupaten Pelalawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus. Data yaitu data primer sekunder. Analisis kriteria investasi Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio ( B/C) Internal Rate of Return (IRR). Hasil menunjukkan : Diversifikasi usahatani layak dijalankan karena memiliki nilai NPV positif sebesar Rp. 13.873.591.546, B/C lebih besar dari nol 12,96 IRR Social Opportunity Capital (SOCC) 37,3%. Usaha masih apabila terjadi kenaikan pupuk 31,58%, penurunan produksi nira 40%, TBS 15,07%
